Cancellation and Refund Policy​

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1. About


By making a booking with Traslados Alicante, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale. You also declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons included in the booking.

The lead passenger making the booking shall be responsible for:

  • Making full payment for the service.
  • Notifying us of any changes or cancellations.
  • Receiving the booking confirmation.
  • Informing all other passengers included in the booking.





2. Online Booking Procedure


Through our website you may request private transport services in Alicante.

By completing the booking form:

  • You are submitting a service request.
  • You must ensure that all information provided (dates, times, flight details, passenger names, etc.) is accurate.


By making payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • You authorise us to charge for the requested service.


Once we receive your booking request and payment:

  • We will send you an acknowledgement email.
  • You will subsequently receive the final booking confirmation.


The contract shall only be deemed concluded once the final booking confirmation has been sent.



3. Changes to the Booking

 

  • Changes are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Changes involving additional costs must be paid at the time the amendment is made.
  • If the amendment reduces the total price, a refund may be issued (subject to any applicable administration fee).


Changes resulting from flight delays or similar incidents:

  • Will not be considered booking modifications provided the delay does not exceed 60 minutes.


Changes requested less than 48 hours before the service may incur an administration fee.



4. Cancellations

 

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the service.


No refunds will be issued outside this period except in duly justified circumstances (such as certified illness).

If the Company cancels the service, we will offer either:

  • A full refund.
  • An alternative transport service.





5. Wheelchairs and Reduced Mobility


You must inform us at the time of booking if you will be travelling with:

  • A wheelchair.
  • A mobility scooter.


Please also specify its characteristics (folding, electric, etc.) to ensure that a suitable vehicle is provided.



6. Liability


Traslados Alicante reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or website content.

We do not guarantee:

  • The complete absence of technical errors.
  • The uninterrupted availability of the website.


If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

The customer must:

  • Provide accurate contact details.
  • Keep those details up to date.

8. Transport Services


We undertake to provide the service at the agreed time, although this cannot be guaranteed 100% due to circumstances beyond our control.

Waiting Times

 

  • Airport: Up to 60 minutes from the flight’s arrival time.
  • Other pick-up locations: Up to 20 minutes.

 

Flight Delays

 

  • Included free of charge for delays of up to 3 hours.
  • Delays exceeding 3 hours are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.


The service includes:

  • Private door-to-door transport.
  • Assistance with luggage.


We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Traffic congestion.
  • Strikes.
  • Police checks or other circumstances beyond our control.





9. Luggage


Each passenger may bring:

  • 1 suitcase (maximum 20 kg).
  • 1 piece of hand luggage (maximum 5 kg).


Any excess luggage:

  • Must be declared when making the booking.
  • May incur an additional charge.


The following items will not be transported:

  • Dangerous goods.
  • Undeclared animals.
  • Weapons.


The customer is responsible for their luggage throughout the service.



10. Customer Responsibilities


The customer is responsible for:

  • Carrying all necessary travel documentation.
  • Complying with all applicable legal requirements.


Traslados Alicante accepts no responsibility for any incidents arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these obligations.



11. Right of Admission


We reserve the right to refuse service to any person:

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Displaying inappropriate, abusive, or dangerous behaviour.


In such cases, no refund will be provided.

The following are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle:

  • Smoking.
  • Consuming alcohol or illegal drugs.





12. Complaints


Should any issue arise, you must contact us as soon as possible.

This will allow us to:

  • Investigate the matter.
  • Provide an appropriate solution.





13. Languages


This website is available in both Spanish and English.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.



14. Intellectual Property


All content published on this website is the property of Traslados Alicante.

Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.



15. Applicable Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Alicante, Spain.
